I got this particular water bottle as I have a background in exercise physiology and my wife is a retired RN, so we got a kick out of the graphics. Once unboxed, this is clearly a quality product that will get much use. First thing to note, it does NOT come with a flip up straw lid as the product description says; it comes with a chug lid which I am fine with. Also of note is that the lids on these types of bottles seem standardized; I was able to put a straw lid from a different brand on this bottle, and it worked perfectly. The bottle comes with a very nice para-cord handle with a carabiner and even a little tiny compass. Yet another thing to note is the cardiac rhythm graphics are not engraved as the product title says , but otherwise applied to the surface. To test its insulation ability, I filled it half way with cube ice, then filled it with tap water. Twenty four hours later, the ice was melted but the water was still very cold; that’s plenty good in my book. I didn’t test it with hot beverages as I don’t really drink any.
