I have to give this 4 stars, simply because it doesn't stretch anywhere near enough for a semi universal fit. We ordered these early in her pregnancy so we got an L but it still wouldn't fit. And this is referring to her belly, it fit perfectly around her chest and shoulders and ribs but she couldn't fit it over her belly. Basically unless you started out skinny, like if you wear a medium or small size shirt, these won't fit without XXL right away. They are a nice fabric and would be very comfortable. I ordered a 4 Pack Maternity Tank Tops; black, light blue, dark grey, and white, size small. I’m not pregnant, but I ordered these maternity tank tops for myself and my daughter for her upcoming pregnancy. I’m planning to keep the dark grey one, as I know she doesn’t like dark grey. I don’t think you have to be pregnant to wear these maternity tank tops. I love the length of them and the gathers on the sides. They’re extremely comfortable to wear, lightweight, breathable, and the ribbed fabric adds a wonderful style to these maternity tops. The gathered sides of these Tops create a downward scoop at the bottom, which is a result of the gathers on both sides. It looks incredibly stylish. These pull-on maternity tops have a scooped, square neck, with wider straps. Because they are so versatile, you can pair these maternity tops with shorts, pants, jeans, or even skirts. They would fit nicely under a jacket, or sweater, for a more layered look. I personally paired them with leggings, and was able to bend, stretch and bicycle ride very easily. I felt very comfortable in this maternity top. I was pleasantly surprised to find the stitching throughout all four of these maternity tops is exceptional. The hem at the bottom of each top is double-stitched, and the sides have elastic sewn in to achieve the desired ruching effect. Even the stitching on the sides is exceptional. While all the seams are flat as expected, around the neck and open sleeves, they are single-stitched, but they are stitched very nicely. Overall, the exceptional stitching elevates the quality of these tops. The fabric of these maternity tops is a blend of 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex, which provides an extra flexible stretch that is essential for a growing belly. This extra stretch ensures that my daughter can be comfortable throughout her entire pregnancy while wearing these tops. It is recommended to hand wash or machine wash these tops in cold water and then hang to dry. Avoid bleach. OVERALL… I love the ribbed fabric, the ruched sides, and the overall style! I felt very comfortable wearing these maternity tops, even though I’m not pregnant ! The exceptional quality of the stitching makes these much better. These are so cute and comfortable. They are very soft and breathable and I love wearing them for any occasion. The shirts are very flattering and probably look great on any body type for the most part! These work for pregnant and non-pregnant women because the material is very stretchy and accommodating. The fit is perfect and you probably can't go wrong with size because of how stretchy the fabric is. The quality is very good and the shirts are very well made. The tops aren't sheer but the white is a tad bit see-through but not enough to bother me or to have me wear something underneath; you can barely tell. The shirts are super easy to wash, however, I only hang dry them. These tanks are durable and have kept their shape and the colors have stayed vibrant. Represents a great value! These are comfortable, stretchy and great for layering during this transition from winter to spring! The fabric feels thin, but it soft and not see through. Nice and roomy for my growing bump, and otherwise resembles a regular, non maternity tank. Im looking forward to incorporating these for the remainder of my pregnancy (2 months) and likely postpartum! This is actually one of my favorite brands! I love the way their products fit, feel and look. I wanted to order these tops but wasnt sure how they would do since I am not pregnant. I ordered them anyway and I like them. They are well made and allow for a nice fit yet still relaxed at the same time so not too tight. I have a bit of a pouch from having kids so i like that its fitted where needed and roomy also where I need it. The best of both worlds. The material is quite stretchy and light weight.
