LOVED THIS GOWN!!! Wore it during my labor and delivery. The nurses loved it because of the snap button back which made for easy access when needed for vitals or epidural or monitor belts and the slit in the front made delivery easy and gave plenty of room to open wide, haha. It was so soft and lightweight it didnt bother me during labor at all! Supported the ta-ta's well enough without wearing a bra (because who the heck wants to be in a bra during labor?!) And it was perfect to nurse in right after birth while waiting for the recovery room and that first shower! Even washed it and wore it during maternity leave as a regual nightgown it was that cozy. Super comfortable delivery gown. Fabric is lightweight but not thin, stretchy and soft and true to color. The length falls right at the top of my knees, so it doesn't feel revealing. I actually didn't wear during labor and delivery because that happened too quickly, but I lived in it for the next two days and even left the hospital wearing it because it doesn't look too much like a hospital gown. It's so easy to pull aside the top for nursing that 4 month pp, I'm still wearing it as a nightgown. My only complaint is there are no pockets. If it had pockets, I would buy more of them. Read more
I wore these for a lot of my hospital stay when having my son, and I'd totally suggest it for any pregnant mommas. Its super comfy, the fabric feels light and fluffy. Its easy to breastfeed in with the low cut neckline. Its little slit in the front also makes it easy to slip those fetal monitors under the gown. This was a life saver in that whole process for me. Soft, cute, and comfy. The split front is split just enough for access but over lapped perfectly for maintaining some modesty. I felt more in control of my delivery from the very beginning having this a gown in my hospital bag and not having to put on that hospital contraption. This maternity gown was absolutely perfect for bringing our baby into the world. I loved that it had the option for the back to open, which made it so easy when it was time to place the epidural. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, which was such a relief during labor. My only wish is that it had been a little bit longer. When I used the birthing ball, it rode up just enough that I needed to put a sheet down so my skin wasn’t directly on the ball. No one wants to wear the super uncomfortable hospital gown that sick and dying people have worn while they were in the hospital and while they literally died. You don’t want that energy while you hold your new baby. This was perfect. I am 5’3” 118pre pregnant 170 at delivery (all baby- so straight out) and I wore a medium and it was perfect fit. Whatever your normal size os. Go up a size. Material is So super soft. Looked super cute. Def get black because of the fluids and you don’t want to stain/ but def get this!!! Read more
