Very comfortable and silky. I am 5'7 and about 280. I usually run a size 22 to 24 pants right now. My weight us pretty proportioned, a little hippie and busty. But I ordered the 3X just to go up a size, and it fits beautiful, comment, nice and loose aroundthe hips and neck. the gown is not cotton, so it's not super breathable in this heat wave is the only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5.
