I'm 5'5" currently 150lbs at 6 months pregnant. Pre-pregnancy I was between a size 4-6 and 36B cups. Got a Small based on other reviews and it fits nicely. In hindsight, I probably would have been fine purchasing my typical Medium - but was afraid that it would have been too long. The Small fits nicely with room to grow given the stretch - tho for someone with a larger chest, it may be too tight under the armpits. The fabric is soft and not itchy and the pattern gives it an up-leveled look. It is only SLIGHTLY sheer especially since the Small stretches a bit more on me - so will ensure to wear nude undergarments and it will be just fine. Will be cute postpartum too! Happy with it. My favorite dress to wear while pregnant! The fabric is not thick, it isn’t see through, it’s comfortable and breathable. It’s flattering and fits with any stage the bump is in. The slits on the side make it functional to walk and do not come up too high. 100% worth the money! Read more
