I'm 5'5" currently 150lbs at 6 months pregnant. Pre-pregnancy I was between a size 4-6 and 36B cups. Got a Small based on other reviews and it fits nicely. In hindsight, I probably would have been fine purchasing my typical Medium - but was afraid that it would have been too long. The Small fits nicely with room to grow given the stretch - tho for someone with a larger chest, it may be too tight under the armpits. The fabric is soft and not itchy and the pattern gives it an up-leveled look. It is only SLIGHTLY sheer especially since the Small stretches a bit more on me - so will ensure to wear nude undergarments and it will be just fine. Will be cute postpartum too! Happy with it.
