I bought this backpack for my child who was complaining about their books being too heavy. As a backpack, it's pretty great. The zippers feel sturdy, it's got plenty of space for books and lunch, and the straps are padded and comfortable. My child can wear it without looking like a sad little tortoise. The real genius of this product, however, is the trolley function. The handle extends smoothly and the wheels glide effortlessly. My child now glides through the school hallways, looking like a tiny, determined business traveler. No more hunched shoulders or strained backs. It's a lifesaver, especially on days when they have to lug home a dozen library books. My only complaint, and the reason for the four-star review, is the handle itself. While it works perfectly, it feels a little flimsy. I worry that one good accidental slam or a particularly enthusiastic trip over a sidewalk crack might bend or break it. For the price, it's an excellent value, but I just wish the handle was as tough as the rest of the bag. It's a great concept that's mostly well-executed, just with a small, worrying vulnerability. Poor quality it’s been a month and a half of use and it’s got holes on the bottom. The straps are coming apart. This is now too late to return would highly not recommend buying. Read more
