To the one review that has a 1 star on it. It clearly says that the only way to use the gift card is “Instore” meaning you can’t use it on the app. While I believe El Pollo loco should create a way to use it “in app” you can’t, at least yet. Read more
I received this e-gift card as a birthday gift . When I tried to use it on the El Pollo Loco app it says invalid gift card number. When I called Customer service she said card was active but Amazon couldn’t do anything to help, I was told to contact El Pollo Loce, When I checked balance online it says $25.00 active. I guess I am stuck with a gift card that can’t be used. I would not purchase these cards from Amazon because they are not usable, Also terrible customer service from Amazon when no have been a customer for years!!!!! Read more
