These feel really cozy to sleep in. At some point I do get too hot and remove them. They stay in place nicely. They are not too tight on me. I guess the only negative for me is after a while I find them a bit itchy. I'm sensitive to many materials if worn overnight. I would recommend them to others with osteoarthritis of the knees. I've been buying these knee sleeves since June 2020, when I first got them I was thrilled. I have arthritis in my knees and the really elastic ones caused more pain, these ones have gentle compression that really helps my knee pain and keeps my knees warm too. I use them year round. Lately, I've noticed a difference in the material, they used to be soft and smooth, they felt like a soft cotton sock with gentle compression, now - the material is stiff and scratchy, I hand washed as always but they are different, they feel like they are more polyester. The difference is also visible, they were a soft gray, now a darker gray and more stuff, kind of cheap and they have a strong scent that the older ones never had. I'm really disappointed. I've bought some for a neighbor who has bad knees, yesterday I was considering sending the link to another friend who has one bad knee. I'm glad I have some of the first ones I bought but they have stretched out some. I wish they would make them like they used to with more soft cotton. If you have tender older skin, these may not be so comfortable. I've tried to find a substitute but haven't had any luck. These used to be made in Japan and quality was wonderful, not sure anymore.
