It's safe to say that there are hundreds of air dusters for sale on Amazon. They are marvelous devices that make quick work of household dusting, computer motherboard dusting as well as clearing out sawdust from the shop. The small turbine-like motors in them churn out an astounding 100,000 RPM or more. There are identical dusters with different brand names and similar dusters with different specs. In our era where trusted brand names fade into the anonymous world of Chinese manufacture, we can rely on reputation less and less. But that's not a problem here as NONE of the dusters that I have found have a recognizable brand name. So choosing one among the hundreds has its risks. That said, my ZAOWAWU works well. The two control buttons, Power/Speed setting button on the rear and Fan On/Off on the front work together to make it easy to grab it and start dusting. Upon power-up (long press the rear button), it defaults to the highest of its three speeds. Then the front button is a trigger turning the fan on while that button is held. On the other two speeds, set by repeated short presses on the rear button, the front button is a press-on then press off. I find that works well to do short bursts of air to preserve battery power as you move among dusting locations. Now we come to the matter of battery power. The Amazon product page states "6000mAh" battery capacity. The many comparison videos for similar air dusters out there amply demonstrate that the specs posted for these devices cannot be relied upon. That's right folks, many of the numbers have been proven as fake. So it should come as no surprise that printed on the handle of my unit it says "Battery Capacity: 3000mAh" (see photo). That's half of what the product page states. Still, it works well, has plenty of air power and allows me to pause between bursts of air--which, importantly, not all air dusters do. So, I like it. I have to keep it fully charged as the battery life is not all that good. The build quality is good and the smooth plastic surfaces allows for easy wiping clean as it will accumulate dust as it blows all around. The media could not be loaded. I have had this little electric air duster now for several months and have been putting it through some serious paces. I use it multiple times every single day as part of my job and this is now the 6th electric air duster I've tried And I'm very happy to report that this is the first one that impressed me and met all my expectations. The main issue with all the other ones I've tried, Is the second you put a small tip outlet on it, The units would overheat and shut off. This one comes with a small outlet tip and you can run it full blast non-stop until the battery wears out and it will not shut off. It actually has the power very close to canned air dusters. It is not extremely loud even when running at its highest RPM. It's very simple to use and has three different speed settings. The highest speed setting makes the front trigger button a momentary on and off switch which I absolutely love. It's probably the best function on it that way you can bump it off and on easily if you're trying to blow out little passageways or electronics, etc. It definitely moves a lot of air especially if you pull the nozzle off completely. This thing has been banging around in my tool bag, been dropped probably at least a dozen times, It gets set down and dragged across brick and pavement daily and nothing has stopped it from working or performing flawlessly. It's definitely power tool like durability. The battery lasts me an entire day of on and off using it during service calls. You're a mobile mechanic or any type of technician that needs compressed air frequently, this is a must-have and a very worthy investment. Don't get me wrong it's not going to take the place of an air compressor and a blow off gun, but it definitely gives you enough blowing power for those jobs where you can't practically carry an air compressor with you.
