Terrible product. It’s clear that this product is a rip off, the packaging lists items that aren’t including in the box. There is no volume control at all on this device. When I followed the instructions and plugged my headphones in, I almost lost my hearing from how loud it was. The packaging mentions a device to control the volume, but it’s not in the packaging.
