I like the idea of this product. It said it’s for people who use computers a lot, and I would like to buy one for my boyfriend. It needs to be charged for hours, at least I could not use it immediately and waited for hours to charge. There are several levels of intensity and I pressed twice for level 3. I felt it got tight, tighter, and much tighter. The first time when I used it was interesting, I thought it was too tight for my hand so I wanted to stop it. However, I pressed the level again and got it even tighter. I believe this product is used for giving pressure on hands and releasing and massaging. But I really like the heat function. Above all, it’s a great idea and I really feel my hands relaxed after massaging. Love it so far. Read more
After using the hand refresher for a few days I have the following review. The idea for this product is a good one and I was hoping it would help with the arthritis in my hands. But after using the product I am not satisfied. I tried all 6 programs at level 1; two programs at level 3; and one program at level 6. Level 1 is the only level where most of the programs do not cause pain during what should be a massage. Program 6 causes pain at every level. Level 1 with program 5 is the only one that seems to be targeted mostly on the fingers. This has the potential to make this a good product, but with my palm correctly placed on the round bump inside the device the massage only goes as far as the first knuckle of all my fingers. This is unacceptable, it needs to do the complete length of the fingers for a correct massage. My hands are a size small so it is not because my hands are to large unless this product was only designed for someone with very small hands like a child. With the level set to 3 or 6 the pain is excessive on all the programs. The tips of my fingers were actually purple after using the refresher on those levels. This of course means the excessive massage pressure cut off the circulation to my fingers. I tried the heat and vibration options also. They minimally show up only under my wrist and are basically useless for a hand massage. I do not see any way this product would be usable for me without making it longer to massage the full length of my fingers and by changing the minimum pressure level even lower so it does not crush my hand during the massage and cut off circulation. Please don’t send back a response where you think you will explain how to use the product as if I am using it wrong. I am an electronic engineer with over 30 years in design and test, so if you were to try to show that I was not using this product properly I would take it as a personal insult. Read more
This product worked just fine except for me, the pressure was so extremely high that it caused a few minor vessel ruptures. So when I was done, my hands looked like they went through a beating. It wasn’t necessarily painful but nonetheless, it can’t be healthy. I have pretty small hands so those bigger than mine may or may not experience the same physical feeling due to ability to endure such pressure or skin sensitivity. I purchased this to help relieve carpal tunnel symptoms, but the pressure the machine produced wasn’t really targeted for that type of acute nerve pain. It’s almost like having a headache where the pain is in your temples and back of your eyes and then getting your scalp massaged — it may feel pleasant in consideration of the headache, but it isn’t relieving the sharp origins of pain. But again, there are probably more effective uses for this machine for those it might be helpful for. Read more
Works really well. Intensity level is adjustable and can really provide strong pressure as needed. Be careful with the usb power plug in to the machine, may have a design defect that makes it loose after a few plug in’s to recharge the battery. Read more
It is a very good massager, my hand got full relaxed after using it. My friend have a similar product (Breo iPalm520), both are with almost the same function. But if it can be targeted more on wrist, it will be excellent. Read more
It was good as it only lasted for 4 months. The power adapter is broken. So, now it doesn't charge. 70 dollars for 4 months uses is bad buy. Read more
