I suppose if you have thin and absolutely straight toe nails that don't curve down on the ends this gadget would work. I could not even get this thing to take a bite no matter how many different positions I tried. It's fine for thinner fingernails, but still had a hard time navigating my thumb nails. The slot where you put your nail in needs to be a LOT wider for thicker toenails. Bottom line, if you have thick nails don't buy this. Read more

Works fine on my fingernails, but struggle quite a bit trying to cut my toenails. Then, first time I empty the storage compartment to clean out the debris, the lid came all the way off. It took me at least ten minutes to put it back on. All in all, it’s a nice tool, but for older folks like me it is difficult to used it for what I intended it for, which was my toenails. Read more

Just used this, does a pretty good job, also has a nail buffer. Just had do to a touch up with a nail file. But that may be me. My husband is very pleased with it. Had a hard time opening the door to empty out the nail shavings. Read more
