This thing is pretty great. The price is right. I am surrounded by pretty much everything I need, but having to pull out the car for such short trips was tedious (apartment life, tiny garage, gate that is often broken). Sometimes I'll ride my bike, but sometimes I just wanna be lazy. I don't know if it does 22mph, or even 19mph. I'm too old for such speeds 😉 But, it does 11mph like a champ! I use this thing for my convenience store runs, and to the grocery store when I just need a couple things that fit into the tote I bought for it. The headlight lights the road well, and the brake light is easy to see. It does take some practice to get used to riding, but that's part of the fun! Definitely recommend if you're an old fogey like me that just wants to putt around now and then. Read more

Bought the scooter for our granddaughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. She took it out yesterday as it was nice weather and wrote it and it’s got a lot of nice features. It’s got a headlight a tail light and it should hold up very well. Read more

45 days later and it died! Review reflects quality of product. Very unsatisfied. Okay out the gate I like it. I've had it for about a month at a daily commuter for 8 miles round trip. Shipping was annoying as USPS claimed a delivery but I didn't receive it or any information where it was. Waited a tense 72 hours and finally it showed. Not Amazon or Volpam's fault just be aware of this possibility. I simply cannot get the app to connect to my phone. I don't know if it's incompatable with my year old Moto G 5g or what but I wanted to reduce the speed settings to save battery and could not. This tops out 2 mph lower than what is displayed as I have a speed radar sign on my main street I take daily and it's always showing 15mph when it's displayed 17mph on the scooter. The initial settings are set lower than maximums for Eco, D, and OD... Not too big of a deal for me because I'm taking it a long distance and want to save battery but I did want to feel it at full power. I get about 9 miles on a single charge going on OD at 15mph and I'm 200lbs (with a slow reduction in speed as the battery nears half charged) for general information. I love the suspension. I like pneumatic tires for comfort but I ride so much that on other scooters they got nails and screws and went flat. With the suspension it's much more comfortable of a ride with the honeycomb tires. I'm worried about the latching mechanism as it's plastic and I'm carrying it upstairs every day, but, it's still doing good. The quick release folding mechanism is great for quickly folding it up. It's not sticky like other scooters. Just a single button push. All in all 4 stars. Read more

Good range and good speed but suspension does nothing because of the tires. Granted the tires do not ever deflate. They are very solid and you fill every single bump. I bought the one with the suspension and I don't know how much greater it would be compared to ones with no suspension. I live near a bike trail and rode it on the bike trail. There are some very smooth places on the bike trail as it was recently redone and there are some old parts of the trail where they're bumps and dips and cracks and you can feel every single one of them riding on the street. Not bad, but if the street is very bumpy you're going to feel it. Battery life seems to be pretty decent. It depends on the mode you're in. I think the s mode the top speed of 19 doesn't necessarily get to 19 unless you're in very flat smooth conditions or going downhill. Average speed was about 17 in flat conditions which I would say the bike trail I ride on is pretty flat. I would say the battery claims are pretty accurate. I didn't zero out my battery but got it pretty close under 10%. Got about 17 mi on the bike trail and back home and probably could have went went. Give me another mile. This was my first e-scooter purchase and first scooter. I really rode on in the future I will look for scooters that have a lot better suspension and air in tires. Read more

The VOLPAM electric scooter is exactly what I needed for quick trips around town. It hits up to 19 mph, which is plenty fast, but I love that it also has a walking mode to cap the speed at 4 mph when I need to take it slow. The app is a great bonus — super easy to use. It connected with Smart Life app. I can lock the scooter remotely, check diagnostics, and feel confident it’s always in top shape. The folding design makes it easy to carry and store. Battery life lasts enough me for all my trips. It has a headlight in the front, and red light in the back that flashes when braking, so it’s also great for nighttime riding. Great value for a feature-packed ride! Read more

Ordered this for my son’s birthday. It was amazing at first but the first couple days after we got it the screws holding the handlebars came loose. We tightened them and they would be loose again. Eventually the screws were stripped. Amazon sent me a replacement and now the same thing has happened with this one. Super disappointed as I had saved up to buy this for my son. I have emailed the company 3 or 4 times and have never received a response. I would not buy again from this company and will warn others as well. Read more
