I have taken my scooter (1200W) out for two rides now. I am very impressed by the quality of the build. Overall: 38/40 (95/100). This is the first scooter I have bought / rode so I don't have any experience to compare with. But if you have come here thinking the price is good but worried the product might be a dud, I have no major complaints about mine and I would recommend the 1200W for sure. - Speed: 5/5 The 1200W can go 34mph, which is better than advertised. There are 3 gears. 1st gear caps at around 25, 2nd gear 30, 3rd gear 34. I never used 3rd gear, too scary. - Accel.: 4/5 Too fast. A slight pull on the trigger jerks the scooter forward, even in 1st gear. I eventually adapted, but still feel it's too fast. - Price: 5/5 I paid 399 before tax. This was the best price I found on any site for this scooter. Relative to other brands, I don't remember seeing any other >1000W scooter for under $400, not to mention with dual shocks, dual brakes, and >25 mph maximum. - Shocks: 5/5 I went off-road across dirt and rubble for about 1km and the ride felt good. On sidewalks/roads the ride is very comfy. - Battery: 5/5 Seems true to the ad. My 2nd ride I was out scooting for about 4 hours of total ride time, and battery was about half spent. - Unboxing: 4/5 The setup instructions do not say how to turn it on, so I had to message support. They responded in about an hour (turn key AND hold power button). Otherwise setup was easy and tools are included. - Folding: 5/5 Very intuitive, very secure, no tools needed. From folded to riding in 15 seconds, probably less. - Customization: 5/5 Taking the seat off was easy (though does require an additional S5 (5mm) allen wrench in addition to what is provided). If I could I would would give this neg 5 stars it came with a defective inner tube for the advertised tubeless tires then I try to return it first they said sure then said they would send me parts they never came then said I pay for shipping after multiple times of contacting Amazon but I finally a month later get a packing slip to send it back I send it back then I don't get a refund and they said that refund was canceled so now after 10 times and going on 2 months of trying to return the scooter I'm having to appeal have them investigate then the fact that I sent it back and didn't get paid back for it this company's absolutely terrible never buy anything from them the scooter performed for 3 Days very well I will say until the parts failed that were never replaced and I've been fighting since November 18th to send this thing back do not buy anything from this company and on top of they the battery don't get more than 15 miles to a charge in second gear let alone up to 40 miles Read more
