Got my new electric scooter last week and so far it’s been a blast. Shipping was quick and the scooter arrived well-packed with no damage. Out of the box it feels solid—sturdy deck, good welds, and everything fit together without any rattles. This is definitely not a toy scooter, it has a very “serious” build quality. At 48.5 lbs it’s not featherlight but still manageable to carry up a flight of stairs or toss into the trunk. The fold/unfold mechanism is secure with its dual lock, and I like that the handlebar height adjusts easily—I’m 6’0” and it fits comfortably. Performance: The 1000W motor is no joke. On TURBO mode it easily hits 28 MPH (confirmed with GPS) and pulls strong on hills—I tested it on a local incline that’s close to 20° and it climbed without losing speed. ECO and STD modes are nice for casual rides when I don’t need max power. Battery life has been solid too; I’m averaging around 25–27 miles per charge depending on how hard I push it, which is right in line with the advertised 28 miles. Ride quality: The dual suspension with the 10" off-road tires makes a huge difference. I’ve taken it over cracked pavement, dirt paths, and even some grassy areas—absorbs bumps really well. You don’t feel unstable even at top speed. Brakes (both disc and electronic) are strong and reliable, and the regenerative feel is smooth. I’ve ridden at night a few times and the lighting setup is great: bright headlight, turn signals, pedal light, and taillights—cars definitely notice you. When it first arrived, it was not a long wait and it even arrived earlier than anticipated. The setup was clear and easy, practically almost fully assembled, and it also came in with over 60% battery so that I could test it out right then and there. Compared to my previous 350/500W electric scooter which made commuting much more dreadful than just taking the bus or car, this 1000W electric scooter is no joke! Just know that it is not a kids scooter. What I loved the most with this scooter compared with your regular $150 ones, is the 1000W motor, its dual brakes and dual suspension, and overall high stats in speed and mileage. It's exactly as advertised, right out of the box, I managed to reach 28 MPH which is insane. After a while of using it on a full charge I found that it also well exceeded its total mileage, right around 26/27 miles, and the smoothness of the ride. Don’t even get me started with that. I ride in the suburbs, where the roads are not well maintained and full of speed bumps and potholes, the sidewalks are full of cracks and holes with sudden changes in elevation. I go over trash, branches, grass, holes, speed bumps, so unbelievably smoothly that it felt as if I was on a smooth train ride. The suspension and off-road tires, the main components that were not on my previous one itself, is worth paying for this scooter, just because my hands and legs wouldn’t feel torn apart after a 30 minute ride. It easily went up a steep hill on its lowest mode at 9mph, while on my previous 350W e-scooter, it only managed 3mph with the same mode. This was a HUGE upgrade! The standing area is also significantly bigger than regular scooters, making it easy to balance on. But be aware, this thing is extremely heavy, and tiring to carry with one hand, (around 50 pounds). But still, it has easy and simple controls, AMAZING and smooth dual brakes, great turn signals, headlights and moodlights. I’ve been using this electric scooter for a few days, and it’s honestly exceeded my expectations. The build quality feels solid and premium, and the ride is super smooth even on uneven roads. Battery life is impressive — I can easily get through my daily commute on a single charge. It’s also surprisingly fast and easy to control. The speed and durability are adequate as its strong enough to carry me. And it's still thin and lightweight. The 750 watt is the best intown city option over the 350w for getting around at a decent speed. Very satisfíed. Read more

This scooter is awesome. It's an upgrade for me from a 350/500 watt class and I couldn't be happier. It reaches 28mph quickly, has off road wheels that handle 1-2" deep potholes with no problems. In the 28mph mode, I have gotten up 30-35-degree inclines at 13 mph. The blinkers are a nice add-on feature as are the ground effect lights, which make it much more visible to traffic on the road. The battery seems to do pretty well. I haven't run out of juice yet though I don't go much more than 5 miles in a round trip which shows at least half a battery left when back home. Time will tell how well it holds up but I have confidence as it is well built and very sturdy. The display is large and easy to read and the app connects easily allow you to lock it down. I turned the cruise control off (which you can do via the app) but for longer commutes, it's probably a great feature to use. Overall, this thing is huge upgrade and I recommend it whole-heartedly. I’m so glad I chose the ZapRun. This scooter has modern design and excellent quality. The 1000W Powerful motor makes it easy to hit 25MPH . Battery life is aroud 23-25miles on a single charge. The large 10" off road wheels and Dual Suspension make for a comfortable ride and are good on the road. Also assembly was super simple, just tighten a few screws.
