This was a present for my daughter and she thoroughly enjoyed the scooter, took full advantage of the range, and the freedom it gave her. She was riding it every day. Unfortunately, encountered an early life failure where the handlebar meets the deck. That seemed unusual. We reached out to customer service and they were very responsive, asking questions to better understand the scenario. They are providing a replacement to accommodate. Expect that this was not normal so looking forward to getting the replacement so that she can go back to riding it around the neighborhood and to the local stores. I have two of these e scooters I have reached out for an exchange for one of them for defective battery they want me to do a video recording of charging cycle then do a video recording of me riding e scooter showing how fast e scooter drops in charge. I’m sorry I’m not a test dummy we tell our kids to not text and drive or be distracted by objects not a great example to set riding a e scooter. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the hard tires transfer a lot of vibration when riding on streets that aren’t super smooth. The brakes are also an issue. It has 2 brakes. One is the rear disk brake and the other is an electronic bake on front wheel. The electronic brake is very abrupt. I tried to adjust but you can’t. I had to adjust the rear brake to try and have that engage first but want very successful. But!! For the price it’s great. You really have to take the price under consideration. Most are double the price of this one so bang for the buck it is great. Top speed is around 17mph but with the vibration and the brakes issue, you really don’t want to go faster. A slight tape of the brakes does a sudden stop on front wheel so you have to lean back hard. Can imagine it wouldn’t go well if going much faster. It super convenient. Folds and is lightweight and easy to carry. I may buy another one for my wife. I use it around the neighborhood for small errands. If you are ok with spending a little More I would get one with inflatable (pneumatic) tires and dual disk brakes. Read more

The media could not be loaded. So far I give this scooter 5 stars. It was fairly easy to put together. Be aware the direction of the handle prior to tightening the screws, when placing the phone holder put it on where the tightening clip is not in the way of the accelerator. The handle snaps above the rear wheel with the clip that’s on the handle bar when folding it up. It’s built tough. The frame is sturdy & the wheels are solid. I’m a grandmother & I was able to ride it with ease. The phone holder & locking cable were recommended and purchased with the scooter. This scooter was purchased for camping purposes. The video shows me riding it on our gravel drive. It weighs about 25 lbs and folds up nicely. It will easily fit in the back of the Mazda CX30. It’s looks stylish and the speed is safe with 3 levels & cruise control will be nice for long rides. Not sure about the length of the battery life yet but if it’s anything like the rest of the scooter it should be sufficient. Enjoy your ride. Read more
