Worked fantastic for the first month. Now the wheel in the front doesn't turn smooth, overheats. Amazon has no way to get in touch with the seller. There are only default questions and none lead to getting help. Through other means, I was able to reach them and the problem was resolved. The scooter is amazing. Its built very solid. My son is 13yr old, and 80 lbs. He's already logged 100 miles in the first week. It has plenty of power. There are lights on the front and back. The back flashes brighter red when braking. There is also an app that lets you see a ton of information as well as settings. With the app you can see mileage for the trip or ever, you can also changed from metric to imperial for those who want mph instead of kph. You can set speed limits on the modes. There is a cruise control that you can disable. There is also zero start that you can turn off or on. Basically if you want to go, you can choose to either let it engage or require a push off first. The rear fender is made of plastic and cannot be stepped on, otherwise it will break easily. There is also a warning label on it, but I contacted the seller after encountering the damage problem, and they quickly solved my problem. The media could not be loaded. This things literally fell apart. First the charge messed up and the only way to charge it was to pull it in the charger to allow it to turn on. Otherwise it wouldn’t turn on. Second he was riding it in the park and the back fender fell off. We tried gluing it back. That didn’t work. Third the kickstand just fell off as well. So we had to just lean it up against the wall. Since we’ve bought this we’ve tried to reach seller on returning this. We didn’t even meet our non return date but they still wouldn’t return it. Then the other day he was riding the scooter and the bar literally snapped off. They owners finally reach out but tell me I need to pay $120.00 to replace the scooter. First let me tell you I had a $800 scooter and this scooter is definitely right there with it . They have a app that goes with this as well with eco mode or sport mode you can put a speed limit on it , it also has a tail light head light . Very well made and if you are thinking about it do it great scooter . I’m super picky and it exceeds what I thought I would get , I ended up getting another one so I have two and road it for 4hrs and 21 mins today and it only used two cells of the battery. Read more

I loved riding my scooter around town to get to work! It handles decently well, and the speed is perfect for the distances I need to travel! Unfortunately, it broke down within a week of getting it.
