So far it's a good scooter, battery life is great I can go on long distances rides off one charge. Handle bars are a little lose and I'm trying to figure out how to tighten them up. Super fast in S mode takes me lest than 10 minutes to get home from work and Its a 3 mile ride. Read more

This scooter is horrible compared to a lime E-scooter , The app never connected to the scooter My commute was 10 miles . The scooter died about 6 miles into the ride I felt every single bump , The breaks will have you flipping off with the slightest pressure! Just save your money and invest in something more durable. I am back on August 16 to say that I did get a full refund. The postage was paid plus another $10 +20% promise on a future purchase. The seller was very courteous, professional, and did exactly what he said he would do. The refund took longer than I thought it should, but the process was simple and I like I said I got a full refund. However, I do want to stress that this scooter is dangerous until the product is improved. The seller states that he will be sure to make the improvements on the quality of the product. In good conscience I do need to Keep the caution in my review so that people are warned of the danger. Original post: caution! Do not buy this product. The handlebar stem would not lock in place and kept trying to fold down while driving at 15 miles an hour which was a safety hazard. I am going to try to get a full refund and will come back here and let you know how that goes. The return label states postage needs to be paid by buyer. This is defective and dangerous.
