Defective Scooter!
I wish i could give this a zero. I purchased this scooter as a Christmas gift for my son. He was thrilled with it; however, it failed to charge. This clearly indicates that it is a defective product. Initially, I intended to request a replacement, but I was only given the option to return it. The seller had the audacity to send a return slip, which required me to pay for shipping. As a Prime member, I typically enjoy free shipping. It is certainly disheartening to receive a non-functional product and then be informed that I must cover the cost of returning it. I spent nearly $200 on this item. I would never recommend either this product or the seller. Read more
