I ordered 3 of these for Christmas and found out only on Christmas morning that they are defective. Not a very merry Christmas in our household. One of them came with a flat tire that is busted in will not pump up. All 3 of them came with the handlebars attached to backwards and it cannot be taken off to be fixed. So the bell is on the right side and the accelerator is on the left side. If you loosen and twist the handle so that it's actually comfortable enough to drive then the bell and the battery display are on the bottom instead of the top of the handle bars. Calls to customer service were zero help, just offered standard returns but no replacement, and of course I cannot find any for the same price now. I am SO disappointed.
