I would have given it a 5 star, if not for problem with shutting it off at a point. It worked well, no more bending and scrubbing for me. I love this product. Works great! Easy to operate. I am disabled and needed a something to help clean my bathtub/ shower combo. It reaches areas easily that I don't have to strain to try as reach. Has different changeable heads for different surfaces. I found that it Works great on baseboards & trim. I don't have to bend over to clean the baseboards. I'm so in love with this. The media could not be loaded. I had seen videos of this kind of device online and wanted to try one for myself. This product was a great value for the price. Very powerful motor and easy to use. I used it on my bath and it got it sparkling clean in no time. The extendable pole is very useful as you can adjust it to the right length for what you need. But one little note, it was a bit stuck when I first got out the telescoping pole, so I used a little squirt of WD-40 which helped lubricate it and then it was able to slide out fine so you may want to try that too if you have the same issue. This thing is awesome...while it is working! I've had two of them now. The first, I returned, when it began to turn itself on randomly. I couldn't get it to stay off until it finally wore out its own battery. I tried recharging, and once fully recharged, it wouldn't turn back on at all. Returned for a replacement, which I used and recharged for a few months with no issues, and really enjoyed! And then the SAME thing happened. It started turning itself on randomly in my bathroom closet. We would turn it off, and this would continue until it ran out of battery. We plugged it in to recharge, and when we tried to use it again, it was completely dead. Now outside of return window. So disappointed! I loved the functionality of this! Read more
