At first I didn’t love this product due to plastic roller. It is very lightweight. After freezing and using I decided I do like it. Great for puffy eyes and sinuses. Good value for the money. Keep in case in the freezer. I already mishandled the case but it still holds roller. I would travel with this too. It stays colder than I expected but you will notice the need to focus where the gel is settled for the most cold spots. Plastic somewhat flimsy but easy to use and decent price. Teenager uses to calm angry pimples after cleansing which is better than ice pack or melting ice cube. Read more

This item was even better than I expected! It comes with a case which you can freeze it in which is great- so it’s not directly touching other items in my freezer. I also comes with an extra roller. It’s also much bigger than I expected! Photo has a water bottle to reference the size of it. One of the best things about this item is that it’s not just for your face (which it feels absolutely amazing and soothing on!) but also for aches on your body. I used it for a pain I had on my shoulder and it felt amazing. It’s better than an ice pack- because it rolls you can apply pressure to certain areas as needed. It’s size allows you the ability to pinpoint certain areas perfectly. It’s also very smooth. One last detail, the cold lasts a long time!!!
