Love the machine. Makes perfect eggs every single time. It's quick and easy, put the eggs , appropriate amount of water for the desired egg and viola you have breakfast/snacks. I'm sure this will come in handy with the two tiers for when deviled eggs are on the menu. The only con so far is the machine doesn't make a noise to indicate it is finished. So when you're getting the day going, got the eggs in and you move on to whatever else the day may be calling you for, you won't hear the machine end. The machine automatically turns off so that's a plus but the eggs will stay in the warmer and continue to cook. Other than that, I love it. I've never had success with making hard boiled eggs, the white either falls apart of the yolk cooks so much it starts to green on the outside. This egg maker is awesome!!!!
