Good weight for working out. Handles are good. I've been using it for months with no problem. Read more
Totally recommend. Good quality. It kinks a bit but not too much. Probably the 3.0 version doesn't kink. Still I'm enjoying it. Read more
The Elite jump rope is top-notch in quality. It’s slightly heavier than I expected, which I actually like. The product description lists it at 1.3 pounds, but my scale measured it closer to 1.5 pounds. Honestly, it feels like a solid 2 pounds when in use—and that extra weight gives it a great workout feel. I love the thickness, durability, and overall build of the rope. It feels like it’s made to last and gives a serious burn when you’re training. No complaints here—definitely a 5-star product in my book. Read more
I like this product and enjoy using it. This rope is like a heavy duty power cord with big solid handles and gives you a serious workout. I liken the comparison with a normal rope and this one to the difference between running on flat ground and running uphill. Maybe Shaq used this rope in his prime. The drawbacks are that it's not adjustable so make sure to choose the closest to the right size for you. Also even though I boiled it for some time (not the handles of c ourse) and never coil it, it has an annoying kink which is not a problem once you get going. Read more
Excellent quality. I love using it to do my exercise. Read more
If you want an extremely difficult workout that feels and requires different things from any speed rope or traditional jump rope, get this. It will destroy your grip strength and forearms, and your shoulders will feel it too, while demanding more overall cardio at the same time. With a normal speed rope or basic jump rope you’re basically just jumping in place to a timed rhythm, which is excellent for cardio, lower leg and foot strength, and explosive movement, but this heavy rope feels and demands entirely different levels of fitness. I could do an easy 5-round workout on my basic speed rope, I got this thing, and I was unable to do anything beyond two amateur (2-minute) rounds with this thing. Get it. If you want overall fitness, this is THE exercise to do. Condition yourself to be able to do at least 5 3-minute rounds with this rope and there will rarely be anyone who can outperform you.
