My son is 4’ 2” and 51lbs and size C1 is the perfect fit, right out of the bag. The size guide is reliable. The Gi beautiful and well-made. Good quality pearl weave fabric. Pants are the canvas type instead of the common ripstop and feel soft and breathable. These descriptions are only based out of initial fitting the brand new set.
