This is easily the best straightener I have ever owned. It heats up shockingly fast, and with the digital read out, you can see exactly when it is up to temp. The vibration feature was a surprise to me, I didn't see it listed on any info, maybe I missed it, but it's super neat! What used to take me 4-5 passes, now takes 1 and my hair is straight. There's also a noticeable difference in frizz and static reduction. I live in an incredibly dry winter climate, and my hair has been far better this year, despite the weather being far worse. (We've been -10 below zero for over a week now) I'm absolutely recommending this straighter to all of my friends!! Oh! And the finger grips feel amazing, and also keep it from sliding around the bathroom counter (I have 5 kids, and one knocked my old one off the counter and it broke, which is why I bought a new one in the first place) so that was also an excellent bonus! Love this hair straightener! Best one I’ve ever owned. The infrared penetrates the hair and straightens from the inside out instead of burning the hair externally. I’ve had less breakage and my hair looks shiny and sleek without a lot of product. I also like the vibrating plates and I believe it’s effectively preventing breakage of my hair. Customer service is phenomenal and I have been contacted multiple times for feedback on the product which is unheard of today.
