I bought my LO this water bottle in the tropic pink for Valentine’s Day. We had an issue with the lid so I reached out to customer service and they were fabulous. They quickly sent an entire new top and there were no crazy hoops to jump- they believed me and we got a new lid and straw! The new lid worked perfectly and to this day is still working great. After my experience I quickly turned an Ello supporter and have bought coffee mugs, adult water bottles etc. their prices and quality are unmatched! Wanted to love this water bottle but the cap breaks so easily. One drop and it doesn’t shut anymore. On top of that, anytime you flip it over it drips and leaks. I love my ello water bottle as an adult but for my kids (1.5, 5, 6) I’m going to have to go with a different one Read more
