So far everything is working good for what we wanted. We have backyard chickens and recently something got a couple in the middle of the night. In addition to other precautions, we wanted just a basic, easy to use motion light to set up without breaking the bank to hopefully deter anything that returns. This fit the bill. Since our coop is in the shade we leave this in the sun during the day and move to our coop in the evening time so we don't have it permanently mounted anywhere, however, it does come with all the hardware needed for mounting or staking. It's the perfect size for easily moving back and forth. The light is actually brighter than I expected so hopefully will be good for a deterrent, especially since we can easily move it to diff locations around the coop as well. Getting it adjusted to the setting you want can be a little tricky, as there's only one switch and it's hard to tell which setting you're on. Once we were able to get it to the setting we wanted finally, we just left it there. We've had no issues with the battery getting charged up when moved to the sun, seems to be holding up well. So far so good, no critters have ventured back into the coop. I'd say the value for money spent was worth it for us. Read more
Edit: After reviewing the lights, the company reached out to me to correct the issues with my second purchase. We are currently working on rectifying and I am very impressed with their customer service so I have changed the stars from 3 to 5! Very impressed! Purchased these 2 years ago and were great! Worked well and still working, and love/d. So purchased another 2 sets for my new home. The new ones stopped working immediately after the first night, not one of the 4 worked again. Got them for an awesome price, unboxed them, set them out to charge and when night fell, we turned them on. Very impressed with the amount of light they put out!! We are using them to improve lighting on the walkway for my tenants. It was easy to mount and set up, overall very, very happy! PLUS...you can change the battery when it's not as effective anymore. Will be buying more for around the yard and also, they would be awesome to take to the beach with us when we go camping so they can light our walking path. Read more
I ordered a 4 pack there was 1 ground stake miscellaneous parts none that would allow ground use or wall use, just lights with no parts to do anything with. Junk!!!!! Read more
We are using these in our big, dark, yard and it really does the job! The solar panels work well, and the motion sensors are accurate. It's great when you have to take the dog out at night for safety and security! I love these lights so much, I'm going to get another set for out front! Read more
We love these lights. They are so bright. The sensors turn on the lights as soon as we open the back door. Love it at night as we take our dog out and can see through the darkness as we move away from the lights near the house. Read more
