This was the perfect fall jacket for my winter wedding that ended up having fall weather. There's no smell when you take it out the box so you can throw it right on. Its not too heavy or too light. I would put it into a medium/light jacket level. I will say it is a little tight in the bust area, so you may want to size up if you're larger chested. The pearls on it also make a slight jingle sound, so if you are sensitive to noise that may be a deterrent. It is also slightly shorter torso-ed so if you have a long torso this may not be for you. Absolutely in love with this jean jacket! I got this for my fiance and my elopement. It looks even better in person. The pockets are functional. The jean material itself is soft. Think vintage comfort. The color is spot on compared to the item listing photos. The quality is superb. The pearls are held on by sturdy metal grommets that can only be seen from the inside. The stitching for embroidery is perfect on mine and "Bride" is complete. I ordered a size up and I am glad I did. I wanted a slightly looser fit for my dress. It may run just a little bit small. I love love love this jacket. It’s incredibly cute, comfortable to wear, and much more durable than I expected. The pearls held up perfectly—even after my 2-year-old and 7-month-old tugged on them—so that was a big win. I got a size small (I’m 5’3” 140 lbs ~23% BF, and it fits AMAZING. Not so tight you’re uncomfortable, not so loose that it’s baggy. Just the perfect epitome of a denim jacket. The embroidery spelling was correct (unlike what some previous reviewers experienced), and the denim feels sturdy and well-made. I'm honestly a little jealous this is a gift for my bestie who is engaged. She is going to love it!! The sizing does seem to run a little small, so size up from your normal. I used the size chart and ordered a size up from normal because of that. The embroidery is quality and the whole word is there unlike another reviewers post I saw. I like that the beads aren't sewn on, but are held on by little metal posts which is much more durable. The fabric is nice, without being too thick to be uncomfortable.
