It’s arrived 6 days earlier than expected.i asked for brown bunny , embroid color white but came with gold color, turned out it’s more bold and so much better than I was expecting. I inspected eyes , years , legs , tail , they all sawn securely. Very soft , color blown in the picture looks lighter than as it is but still very soft brown exact how I was imagining . This is a gift for granddaughter’s Easter . I was worried about color choices but Ireally love it !! Font are exact how I asked for. I really glad how they used stitch color gold instead of white I originally asked for because so much contact but I wouldn’t be happy if I ordered pink then if came with gold so I am very pleased how mine turned out . I don't even know where to begin. I ordered four of these on March 29 to be placed in the kids' Easter baskets. At checkout and in follow-up communications, I was told it would take about a week and a half to arrive. As time passed and I still hadn’t received them, I checked on my order and reached out. I was told they’d arrive by April 18th the latest stating shipping delay, which I assumed would still allow enough time. When they still had not arrived on the 18th I reached out again and the seller updates their delivery date to April 25th so Amazon states they can't do anything because it's technically not past the delivery date. It's been past the delivery date over and over- the seller modifies it! The seller repeatedly reassured me the items would arrive before Easter, so I didn’t cancel the order or look for alternatives. Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive until the Monday after Easter—completely missing the occasion! I had even asked not to have them delivered and instead requested a refund. That was ignored. To make matters worse, the seller refuses to take the items back and instead offered only a 20% discount for the delay, which still hasn’t been applied. I was also charged $1.88 for shipping despite the listing clearly stating free shipping. The product itself is disappointing—the embroidery is poorly done, stitched right through the ear so the back side looks messy and unfinished. This detail is conveniently not shown in any of the product photos. This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish, and the product quality did not live up to expectations. I will now be reporting this charge on my card! The only thing that I liked was the green color of one of the bunnies. It's a pretty green for Easter. Read more
