Product looks good but we have not used it yet. It is very compact and easy to store in the car. We travel to Fargo ND every November to see our kids. Hopefully we will never have an emergency where we have to use them. Read more
These are in the Glove box of every car we have. Living in Northern Michigan and mostly state or national forest it may be hours or the next morning before help comes. Phone signal is spotty so self reliance is a must.. Read more

Rating based on appearance and expectations. Bought a pack of four and distributed among our cars for any unforeseen winter emergency. Not had opportunity to fully test and evaluate yet (Yea!). Be prepared is good life advide from my much younger scouting days. Its better to have and not need, than to need and not have which could end very badly. I think of it as cheap life insurance. I hope it saves a life or two if/when needed. I purchased the big size for extra room to fit over winter clothes and allow air pockets inside for added insulation from direct contact with the cold barrier of bag. If the outer cover is too small or too tight it will perform poorly as insulation and allow body heat to escape through the thin barrier in close contact. Recommend for all in winter climate areas. Probably for desert areas too where it often can reach frost temperatures at night. Read more
