this was a total waste of money. the only way a product like this would work is if it covered your entire foot all the way up past your ankle in fact it would be best if it reached half way up to your knee. .. this does not even cover the full arch of the foot and my foot is not that large. it doesnt not fit strong enough to put pressure on the foot to force fluid out of the foot. .. the massage is not enough to ease the foot. given i have worn it once i am sure i cant send it back so please beware that those who tell you this is a good product are ..... welllllll they are not being honest. i saw a product that fits what i think would work and it cost 139.00 which i dont have but if you do look for it... if it compresses tight enough it might work. .. all i know is this does not and it was a huge waste of money for a low income person. i was offered a full refund but have not heard if it was given. i tried to return it via the return section on amazon but can not get it to process. there is only a short time period left to return it. can you tell me if i was given a full refund and how to send it back Read more
Device seems to help my neuropathy, but the device does not have a true USB-C charging port. It will only charge with the included USB-A to USB-C cable. will not charge with a USB-C to C cable. Read more

This IS NOT A 3 IN 1 massager!!! For $53.49 for one leg??? NO WAY Hello, I purchased this item for $53.49 per unit, expecting a true 3-in-1 foot massager as advertised. After receiving it, I confirmed that it only provides heat and vibration. There is no contraction or EMS stimulation feature included. Additionally, the product is sold per foot rather than as a pair, which significantly increases the overall cost. For this price point and based on the product description, this is misleading. Not exactly what I expected because it doesn’t cover the whole foot and it vibrates and warms up but there is no compression.and one of the massagers didn't work. Period. Very disappointing. I did request to have the defective massager replaced. We will see if it actually works. The other massager has stopped working, as well.
