The bulb can be filled and holds a good amount of water for a standard flush. The tube screws easily into the bulb, and where they connect doesn't leak or drip during use. From using it a few times, as I have, the cleanliness results are amazing. The nozzle at the end of the tube allows the water to be dispersed effectively and efficiently in the "opening" allowing for a much better clean. UPDATE: The seller has informed me that it has instructed its supplier to correct the issue and upgrade the product and that it has been upgraded. Based on the customer service, I have upgraded my rating. Again, I do think the product is worth the money and if the upgrades have taken place as the seller stated to me, I can recommend this product. In fact, I haven't found any that are as convenient or effective for travel. Previous review: It does work and is small enough to travel with. That's about the best that can be said. Contrary to the description, there is no one-way valve/protection. Despite not releasing the bulb, it often has waste water returned into the bulb. The lubricant it comes with works well but is good for maybe 4 - 5 uses. For the money, it's a decent product. But it shouldn't say it has a one-way valve when it clearly doesn't. It's actually a very easy to use item. Flexible, big enough and gets the job done; however it's not easy to clean. Imyhe way it's fabricated when cleaned after use, it keeps water inside because there is a very thin plastic inside ring around the hole that keeps water and it's very hard to take out. A thing like this you want to clean thoroughly and also you want it to be dry. I used it for a while until I discovered that and decided to find a new item that hopefully doesn't have this issue.
