Very impressed with this headset light! I primarily purchased for nighttime photography because of the red light and it works perfectly. Also, I've used it on watch along the causeway where it's lightly wooded at night and the white lights are extremely bright. The good news is you can tone them down if you need to. The build quality is also very good. I love the head strap adjusted to your size and it's elastic so it will hold on really nice and feel very comfortable. The light itself angles down and up straightforward very handy when you're working up close and you need to bend your head down to get the light. I purchased a set of two of these. I wanted one in my car and one in my house because you never know when you need one. Overall, very satisfied, especially at the price. I don't think I could do better anywhere else. Read more

Nice, works well. Plenty bright enough for our needs. Good value IMHO. Comfortable to wear. The beam is wide enough and long enough to illuminate a trail in the woods adequately. Haven't run the batteries down yet so not sure about how long they will last but they are working well for our limited needs. Good for working on home and auto repairs too. Only negative is the on off switches are illogical and a bit hard to use. I really just need an on off switch and a high low switch, still can't get the push button pattern of this headlamp straight in my head yet. Read more

My wife laughed when I opened this item up as a gift for Christmas. She asked me when I was ever going to use it. I used it in fact tonight to remove and replace a set of door locks on an exterior door at my Masonic lodge building. It was after sundown and I was concerned that I wasn't going to be able to see where to line up the screws on the lock, and didn't think a battery-powered lantern would suffice. This headlamp 'knocked it out of the ballpark' in regards to lighting up my project for me. I absolutely love it, and I also like that it runs on batteries and doesn't need to be charged either. Bought this for nighttime walks with our dog. We hated juggling the leash and the flashlight. I can wear this on my cap, or my husband can put it on his. The lights are bright, and the angle of the light can be easily adjusted. The band can be adjusted and is very comfortable. I love that it runs on batteries so that I do not have one more thing I need to connect to a charger. The battery life has been good, and we take a 30-minute walk on most evenings. Read more

Been using this frequently for long night runs. I must've researched 50 diff headlamps and this had the best reviews for the price so went with it. I am definitely not upset!
