Soft, warm and just the right thickness

I love these socks so much! They are medium thickness, super soft, and have the appropriate amount of stretch in both directions so they fit well and stay up on your legs. There are no seems that I can feel. And they have a tighter net around the arch for comfort and support. Really good socks! Read more

The best! Cushy, keep cool, amazing!

I cannot believe how breathable these are, I run hot in general and these do not itch, get sweaty, they just stay breezy all day and feels so cushiony soft especially in birks. Not too thick or too thin, great stretch so not too tight around the lower leg or ankle. Read more

Best wool socks I've found and I've tried many!

Have bought multiple sets of these over the years. They are soft and warm. The best winter socks I've found (highest wool content but not itchy at all). I wear them frequently, including for running in cold weather. They hold up well - not forever, the heels start to get thin eventually but they do last as long as I expect they should. Colors are nice too and they don't fade. Although they keep my feet warm, they do not overheat because they are merino wool. They are not thick, but of course thicker than a synthetic sock. Maybe about the same thickness as an athletic sock? I am able to wear them with most shoes and boots - but if you have a pair of shoes that's already tight, these might not work. I love them! Soft & warm but collect lint

Warm & fit great. I mostly bought bc I liked the design. But they collected lint balls the first time I washed them (before wearing). I had to use a sweater shaver to make them wearable— pic is after I washed & shaved them. But besides that they are warm, soft, fit well & length is great & they aren’t too heavy. I expect I will wear year round. Read more

These are THE Best Merino Socks I've Found - Comfort, Quality, and Durability are SOLID

These are, without question, the very best Merino Wool socks I have owned to date. They are warm, have a nice thickness, and fit beautifully, with a snug fit. The last few Merino socks I purchased wore thin easily and pretty quickly. These felt different from the first wear, so I have deliberately worn the same 2 pair in rotation for the last 8 weeks to test durability. Wash, wear, wash, wear, repeat ad infinitum. These socks have proven themselves to be true Merino quality. No weird pilling, both thickness and cushion feel have not diminished, and they still look like new! Read more

The Real Deal - These Socks Withstand The Test Of Time

As I was putting on my favorite socks in the world today, I thought "These socks have really held up well, did I ever leave a review?" I bought these socks almost four years ago. I bought four other brands as well, I was on a kick of just replacing all my socks with wool socks. These are the only ones I still have, and they look and feel just about as good as the day I bought them. They are still soft, have only stretched out a little (for five years of wear that's great in my book,) and they still look nice enough that I wear the two dark colored pairs as dress socks at work. I absolutely can not recommend these enough - They are the perfect intersection of quality and price. Honestly, my only complaint is that my partner keeps stealing them. He works construction and likes these better than the "work socks" he has! Pictured today, after years of use (and I'm not kind to my socks!) Read more

Slippery Socks

The socks seem well made, but they are not especially thick or warm, so keep that in mind if insulation is what you’re looking for. My main reason for the three-star rating is how slippery they are. I slipped on carpeted stairs while wearing them and ended up with a sprained ankle and swelling in my knee. I’m not an overly clumsy person and I don’t have this issue with any of my other socks, so this came as a surprise. I’ve also noticed them being slippery on other surfaces. As a middle-aged person, this is a legitimate safety concern, just be aware that this could be a hazard. Read more
