I'm 5'4", 108 lbs and I bought a small (grey cat). I loved the material as soon as I felt it. It was very soft and comfy feeling. I washed and dried them right away. They came out of the dryer perfect (I washed inside out). This blend will not shrink. The fit is perfect with room to move but not baggy/sloppy looking. The elastic waistband is perfect and easy to pull up and down. I can tie the tie just for looks and not re-tie it every time I pull shorts up and down. I could wear these all day! Does shrink on initial wash/dry. Durable, does not pill. Like the pockets. The top is a bit big on the sides and sometimes bothers me when in bed. It's not stretchy material, it's loose, not tight. These super cute pajamas are really comfortable and my favorite by far. Great thickness - not thin at all. Just enough give and not extremely stretchy. Very comfortable sleep in them.
