I ordered two of these mirrors. They both look great, however, one of them has a buzzing noise when the center halo light is turned on. I tried changing the wiring and swapping the two mirrors out, but the same issue still occurs. I attempted to call the company for help but their number did not work. If it weren't for the buzzing of the one mirror I'd give 5 stars, however, since I had one great mirror and one not so great, I gave it 3 stars... UPDATE: as of February 2, 2025 the companies customer service had reached out to me and made it quite clear that their customers satisfaction was top priority. They immediately offered to replace my defective mirror and assured me that their quality control assurance was going to be looking into my matter to prevent a future issue. Customer service also apologized for the issues I had with reaching out to them prior, and updated me with proper contact information. The new mirror arrived promptly and is great. I will definitely order from this company again in the future!! Read more
