These are the best. They cost more but it's worth it
They are amazing. Look and feel fantastic plus they hold an edge better than all the big name brands. Even people who could care less about knives comment on how incredible they look. Then I gave them something to test it out on and they are shocked at the performance. I bought an angle guide to put on the included sharpening rod and was able to sharpen one of them pretty quick. The only downside is the cost but this is definitely one of those you get what you pay for. Read more
