They have low quality and keep the money when returned

This company received every item we purchased back due to poor quality and issued a return. Now they are saying they didn’t receive any of the items back even though all items were returned through amazons return instructions and policies. Now we are out the items and money due to there is no way to dispute this. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS SELLER THE ITMES ARE LOW QUALITY AND THEY ARE DISHONEST. I’d give ZERO stars if I could.
