Tookva fewcdays to get use to. Ibhave been tense for so long that my first few nights were painful. This was purchased as a gift, receiver, said the fabric was a little scratchy. It may need to be used in a different area for grounding. But a good value if you don’t mind the scratchy fabric. Read more

I already texted on this product. It's been a few months now and I still don't feel any difference, still not sleeping well. Can't return it anymore so I'll keep using it. If I ever notice anything I will let you know. Also after washing it the pillowcase was nothing but wrinkles. At this point I would not buy another one. Read more
Help my neck pain in 30 minutes. I’m. In the process of moving and it’s taken a toll on my shoulders and lower back. Pain wakes me up at night. But with pillow case it’s amazing.
