literally so soft! I got this for my dorm room, so could chill around and go to the bathroom etc without worrying in the middle of the night if someone will see me in my pajamas etc. Super soft, super comfy and breathable, Stays closed pretty well, and is overall just a nice product Read more
I’m really happy with this purchase. The quality is good, the item matches the description, and it works just the way I expected. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and definitely worth the price. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something reliable and well-made. Read more
I'm giving this product a 4 out of 5 because the inside threading on one of the sleeves (shown in picture) was hanging loose. So I dont feel like it was very well made. However, it came packaged nicely. The fit is true to size. Its a nice, cool piece of clothing made of thin, satin material you can grab when its hot to throw on quickly or when you are getting out of the shower. So it will definitely do its job but I'm just not sure how long it will last and will be ordering a better made robe down the road. Read more
I ordered this to wear on my wedding day while getting my hair and makeup done. I was hoping it would look very feminine and bridal.👎🏻🥺 Delivery did not take long. It was the size and color that I ordered. It was thin and silky, as expected. Those are the only good things I can say. I wanted a pretty, elegant looking robe/kimono to wear, that would look nice in the “getting ready” wedding photos. Haven’t received the professional pics taken by our wedding photographer yet, so I can’t say how those look. I’m not real optimistic though, unless my photographer pulled out all his awesome photography tricks, and maybe even edited the ones that showed me in this kimono. However, the pics of me wearing it that were taken by my family members, are so disappointing. I’m too embarrassed to even post them to this review. First, it’s important to note that this item was not removed from its plastic packaging until I went to put it on right before getting my hair/makeup done. I was immediately irritated, and super bummed, when I took it out. There were several obvious, stain-like splotches on it. They weren’t like colored stains, but looked more like greasy stains. They looked like wet splotches, with the exception of a big splotch that looked really faded from the original color, and even kind of dirty. This was all VERY noticeable! Everyone that saw me wearing it either asked me if I spilled on myself, or laughed because they thought I had already gotten overly tipsy and was spilling champagne on myself. I can’t blame them! I have a bit of a tummy, and a large bust. Due to the fact that I normally wear an XL, and after looking at the size chart, it seemed like a no brainer that I should order the Large/X Large. I did, and that was the size sent to me. This thing fit me very oddly. It strangely seemed like it was partially too small for me, and partially too big. No matter how tightly I pulled it closed and tied it, within a minute or two, something undesirable was popping/hanging out (either a breast, both breasts, my tummy, or a combination). I felt like I was CONSTANTLY having to mess with the atrocious thing, which was uncomfortable and wildly agitating! The whole thing looked really unflattering. I have a couple other kimonos that I wear around the house. They’re cute and fit nicely. Neither one could be considered “bridal” looking though, which is why I ordered this one. It would have been much better, for comfort and appearance, had I just worn one of those. If I had been closer to home, and not over an hour’s drive away, I would’ve run home and got one. This was a very small, yet romantic and beautiful, backyard wedding at my uncle’s home. I was not expecting perfection, didn’t stress about anything regarding the planning, was nothing close to a “bridezilla,” and was very go with the flow. It was sweet and very lovely, but this was not some high maintenance event. I wasn’t even bothered when it started pouring rain during the reception, and the dancing (including our 1st dance as a married couple, my father-daughter dance, and my husband’s mother-son dance) all took place in my uncle’s garage, lol! I say all that to illustrate that I’m not being overly critical of this product because I set my wedding expectations too high, or something. The thing was truly just…bad. Read more
