This stuff is great. I also use this brand of lotion, but the roll on is easier to apply so my hands don't get the lotion on them, and I like that this is easier to toss in my bag. I use the roll on more for my neck, shoulders, and upper back for relief from tension and sore muscles after working on the computer all day. It helps with some types of headaches as well. I really wanted to like this Epsom-It roll-on lotion, but it was a letdown. Instead of absorbing smoothly, it leaves a noticeable white, chalky film on my skin that feels sticky and uncomfortable.
