Purchased the Epson EcoTank ET-15000 for ReVibe Facilities in Denver to handle our marketing outreach materials. Super easy to install and set up right out of the box – ink tanks filled quickly, wireless connection was seamless. Print quality is outstanding: sharp colors, crisp text, and handles larger formats perfectly without breaking the bank on ink. Highly recommend for small businesses or anyone needing reliable, high-volume printing. Read more
I make stained glass panels and needed a printer that I could make larger copies with. I also wanted one that I could manipulate my images with. This was my best option and I love the Eco-Tank printers. After reading the reviews I made sure to add a couple years of additional warranty for my peace of mind. Finding 13 x 19 paper that was affordable was a tough challenge. I found a bunch on FB marketplace and bought everything they had to offer. This printer was very easy to set-up. I just followed the instructions and then followed what was on my computer screen. At first I thought I would have an issue connecting to Wi-Fi but when it failed on the computer, I was able to go to the printer and do it from the control panel - Easy peesey. I have used it several times since filling, charging, and installing and everything works as it should. My husband has an Eco-Tank printer and I've wanted one since he got his. I love that the ink will last a very long time and that it will be cost efficient. I am not overly interested in photo printing so this was the perfect choice for my needs. The print quality is fairly good when comparing it to my old Canon and e that there are several paper trays and ways to make copies, especially the automatic feed and the larger scanner bed. I’ve been using the Epson ET‑15000 for custom chip bags and ran into a huge issue with my original paper choice. The printer itself is great, but the Koala 30 lb glossy paper did not play well with the black ink at all. Even after letting my prints sit for a full two days, the black areas would still smear and come off on my fingers as soon as I started folding and assembling the bags. It was super frustrating and made it hard to trust my prints for orders. I decided to try Eshang high gloss paper instead, and the difference has been night and day. With the same Epson ET‑15000 and the same designs, the Eshang paper works like a charm. The black ink dries quickly, doesn’t rub off when handled, and holds up beautifully while I’m folding and sealing my chip bags. Colors look vibrant, the finish is nice and glossy, and I don’t have to worry about smudging anymore. If you’re using an Epson EcoTank like the ET‑15000 and struggling with black ink smearing on Koala glossy, I highly recommend switching to Eshang high gloss. It completely solved the problem for me and made my chip bag printing so much easier and more professional. Read more
Do not listen to any of the product reviews that are positive, the overall reliability of getting a working printer is a coin flip! it looks great getting it out of the box but, you will quickly see that things are not what they seem: shipped with ink in the reservoir and the print head carrier has a switch to lock in place so it does not jostle during shipping but it was never locked in, and of course you set it all up and it has a terminal paper jam error. Likely something jostled in shipping and now your setting it up and can not get the paper jam error to clear because it is a hardware issue. EPSON Customer service will tell you to pull out the paper, open the door, look for jams and when this fails they will admit it is a hardware issue and now your stuck with a long and expensive choice for a printer you thought you might have gotten a deal on. The seller "Sold by: AAA+ Electronic" was not at all helpful: I had bought this printer gently used in great condition per the amazon listing and it was suppose to be certified and refurbished and when I contacted them they let me know it was outside the warrant window and offered no support, not even technical assistance or the referral to a service center that at least EPSON offered. DO NOT BUY FROM AAA= ELECTRONICS and be careful with purchasing this product overall. Read more
I just received my Epson ET15000 today. This is my second epson that I plan on using for homeschool and journal making, I also have an epson ET-2800. I’ve only done a test print, but my page looks great. The ink is supposed to last at least a year, but I’m not sure with the volume of printing I need to do. The price for the replacement cartridges are still less than what I was paying for cartridges for the HP that I had. I am glad to finally be rid of those products as I’m officially an EPSON lady now. The packing was really good, it was rainy and the outer was wet and torn, but nothing inside was wet. Set up was fairly easy and quick. I would definitely purchase and/or recommend Epson eco tanks. I will come back and update after I’ve completed some projects. Read more
Excellent printer, I purchased this as a replacement for a very old EcoTank. I read some reviews regarding being difficult to setup, nothing of the sort! it is straight forward super easy to setup and the print quality is fantastic. A definite buy. Read more
So far so good. My boss has this printer at work and it’s very easy to use so I bought one for home. Took about 30 to setup from opening the box to print quality check, then installing the driver and another 15 minutes for an update. My phone automatically detected the printer so nothing to do there, very easy. I’ve only printed a few things from my laptop and phone, can say how long it will last but quality is good and I love that I can print from anywhere. I will say that the main paper drawer is lacking, seems week to me, only time will say how well it holds up. Read more
this is my 2nd time trying the printer as last year i ordered and it didn't last 2 weeks, but i like epson products and decided to try again and this was is now a few months old and working perfect. As with anything you buy, there is always a slim chance you get a defective one, just glad I tried it again. Read more
