Does nothing. I don't have ED but I had a Drs appointment with my female Dr and she had to grab my junk. Like any typical man walking into a child Drs office I didn't want to drop it all and have that awkward moment if you say "I'm normal bigger" or the persistent thought that she thinks you're that small if you say nothing, that's find another Dr territory.
