This is an awesome blade. Great sharp edge and the quality of the construction feel nice in the hand. Pretty slim as well so it’s not bulky when wearing it. The little grooves cut into the handle improve the grip if you ask me and look pretty unique. Nice snug fit into the sheath. I’ve only just begun my time with this knife but it feels like a lifer. This is my first Esee Knife. Right out of the box it's razor sharp. I usually have to put a stone to a new knife but not this one. It's very well designed and fits my hand like a glove. The Kydex sheath is well made, and locks the blade in nicely. I don't have to fight to remove the blade either. I like the idea of a lifetime guarantee as I'm pretty hard on stuff. But I'm sure this one will outlast the others that I've had. Great Job Esee. Read more

Awesome blade as always from ESEE. The saw tooth style handle is different and pretty cool up close and personal. Blade came razor sharp as I expected. It’s just the right size for every day carry and would make a perfect companion in the tackle box or hunting bag. I added some leather to make my own style of carry and plus it gives it a bushcraft look! All in all it’s a great knife that will earn its keep and then some. Read more

Purchased the Esee 4P after reading a review that the clip on the sheath could be adjusted to wear the knife in a horizontal position which is my preferred carry position. Well, it cannot. The holes to mount the clip will not line up no matter how you try it. The retention of the knife is a little tight for my taste but workable. Sharpness of the blade was fine. Will keep the knife but will not be used for my EDC due the the inability to conceal due to the fact that it can only be worn vertically which makes it impossible to conceal. Will make a good camping knife tho. Read more

The knife is well made. Sharp the finish stays on. The handle fits well in your hand. Some say it hurt their hands. I didn't find this to be the case. It feels good in my hands and easy to use. I really like this knife. Read more
