Replaced a 5 year old camera that works but not 5G WIFI compatible and had delayed response with this eufy solar security camera. We live in a remote mountain community and want to know what's going on when we are 2 hours away picking up supplies. This camera detects and follows vehicle, people, and animal motions unbelievably with excellent range, brightness day and night, sound quality, immediate cellphone notifications, and super easy installation design. My videos would not upload but I have attached a screen shot of the notification messages identifying each type of detection - human, vehicle, and motion (animals). The camera follows the motion detected full circle, it's amazing!! The app also allows 1x to 3x visual when needed. We have 3 other non eufy security cameras on our property but none provide us the same high quality this camera does. Will be ordering another soon. Read more

It connects to Wi-Fi effortlessly, making setup a breeze. I had it professionally mounted on the side of my house, and the image quality is excellent. The audio is also clear, making it a high-quality camera overall. The fact that there's no mandatory monthly fee is a huge plus, though there's an option to upgrade if desired. Video storage is handled locally on the camera. It's important to note that motion detection recordings, such as people approaching or cars stopping by, are automatically deleted after 24 hours. While you can purchase additional storage if you need to keep videos longer, I personally find the 24-hour storage sufficient for my needs. I'm comfortable with the videos disappearing unless there's a specific recording I want to save or download. I am extremely pleased with how easy it was to install these cameras. The packaging for them was also very well done with every camera well supported/protected in the box. The addition of the s380 home base adds a lot of really cool features, namely the ability to recognize people, animals, cars, etc is extremely useful, the fact I have all of the same features I had with ring without the subscription (and the security issues... thanks flock) is incredible. The tracking feature on the cameras is also very good, however the pan/tilt speed on the cameras is a little slow so if a person is running while being tracked by the camera, it may not keep up. The night vision on these cameras is also exceptional and ive never had to worry about battery life even when streaming live feeds for long periods of time. For a full home wireless PTZ setup this is absolutely the best bang for your buck. Read more

This is our second S340 camera and both work great. We have five Eufy cameras overall and all of them work well. They’re easy to setup and sync easily with our iPhones and Eufy app. They automatically sought out and connected to the Wi-Fi signal. The outside cameras and solar panels have withstood the weather so far, both rain and intense sun. So far, only good things to say about them. Read more

Very happy with this SoloCam. So far, it is working great and the clarity of the video is fantastic. Easy to set up and had no real issues adding it with the Homebase 3. Has great coverage and zoom feature is stellar. Many features once it is hooked up with the homebase, too. Solar panel looks nice, but it hasn't charge the battery in the camera at the time of this review. Might have to adjust it if battery falls below 90%. AI tracking is spot on. At this time, everything seems to function well. Will be keeping an eye on the solar charging, but for now it is worth the price paid. Update: After 7 days, the battery is now being charged by solar panel. Seems to take some time in the winter, especially in the northern states. Read more

Easy to install. I bought a separate gutter mount that’s not included, to get the solar panel in a better area for more sunlight. Camera moves are follows you around as you move and zooms in to capture license plates and people’s faces. Very high quality camera. Read more
