I’ve been using this Robo vacuum with mop , and honestly, it has made my daily cleaning so much easier. The vacuuming is strong enough to pick up dust, hair, and small debris, and the mopping feature does a great job of keeping the floors fresh, especially in the kitchen and living areas. What I love the most is the self-cleaning dust system. After it finishes cleaning, it automatically empties the dust it collected into the base station, so I don’t have to open the vacuum and clean it every day. That’s a huge plus and keeps everything more hygienic and low-maintenance. It navigates well around furniture and doesn’t bump into things aggressively. It also reaches under beds and sofas where regular cleaning usually gets skipped. Setup was simple, and once it’s scheduled, it just does its job without needing much attention. The anti-tangle system has also been very useful. It manages long hair smoothly, which means less manual cleaning compared to the usual robot vacuums that often need frequent unclogging. Begrudgingly bought this after Vorwek bought out Neato & did not live up to their word on maintaining the cloud required for true function for the full amount of time promised, leaving many with very expensive but pretty much useless conversation pieces. So I did a lot of reading of customer reviews, tech articles, Consumer Reports, saw this one, and went against everything I'd read. Why? Up to 10,000 Pa suction. The Neato D10 was high end when it came out with only around 2500 Pa. This one is bagless, as was my Neato, which is a must otherwise one ends up matching cost of a unit replacing bags. It's self emptying, Neato was not. Now it says up to 45 days between tank emptying. I have 3 heavy shedding dogs inside and it runs daily, so I can't verify that claim. Sound-the vacuum run time on turbo is remarkably quiet compared to Neato. So much so that I often think it's trapped & shut down, only to find it finished cleaning & back on base, and I can see by the map on my phone that has completed it's job. If you're a jumpy person or have a baby or others in the home easily startled, familiarize yourself with the sound of the unit self-emptying and position it in your home accordingly-as in away from commmon living areas. It does a great job cleaning the vacuum. Again, 3 dogs, so the fur does tend to get bound up top & I have to assist getting it out. I'm starting to get used to it, but at first, the tank-emptying made me jump. I did not choose it for, nor do I use the mopping feature, so can't speak on that. As far as the suction, it definitely picks up what Neato missed on hardwood floors. In addition to the dogs, I have roughly 60 plants in my house, including the notoriously messy ferns. It does great picking up dried leaves on hardwood, but on carpet it just pushes them into a pile. Neato has it beat on battery charge. It has to return and recharge before finishing the whole house. Neato did not. Apologies for continuous comparison to obsolete machine, but for the most part, that's the only thing I have to compare it to , as the Eufy doesn't compete. The anti-tangle feature..again, not sure I'm one to judge. It def doesn't get bogged down & stop running due to dog hair as much as Neato did, it has a smaller roller brush than Neato did, and is much easier to clean when I do need to. Sometimes it gets overwhelm and spits out furballs,, but so did Neato. - and in all of these comparisons, the Eufy couldn't keep up with any of them. I like that it can be programmed to go over an area more than once, setting up zones or. Having only certain rooms done is great (without needing no go strips). All 3 use lidar-based mapping, this one uses Lidar/PSD combination. It doesn't, to date, get confused, lost, forget where the base is, or other quirks Neato had. None use a camera, which was a requirement in my home. All use an ap, your "remote" is your phone. The downside of that is being at the will of companies who don't live up to their obligations (hello, Vorwerk). It is owned & manufactured in China, I did not get hit with tariff charges buying through Amazon, & actually paid much less than I did the Neato-which WAS owned & manufactured in USA until selling to German company. In all, to date, I am pleased with my purchase after having it for a month. 🤞 ****2 month update 2 month update- from amazing to worthless. Now spins in a circle before coming to a hault, rocking back & forth in place & sending me a message that surface is too slippery. Note, I've never used the mopping option, it was on the same carpet it had cleaned flawlessly before. Amazon return bot asks if you still have the box. If you have a husband, you know why that answer is no. The bot doesn't stop there & say you must have the box. But when you get to the very end, it says must return in original box. I guess so they can resell non-functioning vacuum? Contacted company, who told me this is a special model & promised the team would contact me quickly, but so far nada. I have read reviews elsewhere that customers were told by company rep that this is a common glitch with this model & the only solution is to return it. AKA there is no fix. The robot vacuum works very well and makes cleaning much more convenient. It runs quiet enough that it doesn’t bother everyone as it does its job. It also picks up dirt and debris with ease and navigates through the obstacles smoothly. Best part is that it has its own self emptying system. The app makes it easy to set up and the functions are perfect for when I’m too far to press the button but still want a clean floor or when I only want it to clean a certain section of my house.
