Great Product & Customer Service
I bought the 59x34 in version of this about a month ago. The shelf itself is as stable as the desk you put it on. I currently have it installed on a standing desk which is standing on carpet. So naturally there is a little wobble even on the lowest position if I intentionally try to shake the desk. But that's just physics and cannot really be avoided. I have the white color and I did not find any damage to the paint from shipping, everything seemed packed well enough. I do believe it comes with wall support brackets but I cannot remember. I purchased this over Corsairs "Multi Frame Pegboard Desk Organizer for Platform:6 because... 1: The price on this Eureka one is much better 2: Corsairs' support on installing theirs to a 3rd party desk wasn't very helpful in verifying what was was and wasn't compatible for my situation. 3: I wanted a full desk size one and Corsair stock is inconsistent 4: Eureka was willing to work with me to do what I wanted to do with this. Lets talk about that... I wanted to put x3 27in monitors on this pegboard horizontally. While this is not stated by the manufacturer as something that they advertise it capable of, they were willing to work with me by giving me exact numbers on how much weight it could support and purchasing the extra proprietary hardware so that I could make my own custom install. It took me a couple weeks of going back and forth with them to figure out the parts I needed for my particular install, but the fact that they did is leaps and bounds over corsair and this is now the second time Eureka has done well by me personally as a customer. Just for that they deserve to be at least considered if you are looked for a product like this. The only actual issue I had during this who process was that one of the plastic end caps for the metal support brackets was mildly damaged in shipping (even though the box was fine). But this was easily fixed by them sending me a new one of those. It took about 5 seconds to install. A couple of very nitpicky things about the product that are completely subjective: 1: The light bar it comes with is... meh. The install process is with double sided tape as opposed to screws. You would think this would give you extra flexibility in the location you can install it, but the cable is so short from the controller that it doesn't actually work out that way. Because the controller IS screwed into the frame, and the wires are not replaceable, despite being USB based. A magnetic install would be nice on this light bar, as it is right next to a metal bar anyway. Make them all USB-C connected, and now you can put the light bar anywhere (like accent lighting under your desk if you prefer, or shinning on the wall behind it). 2: The pegboard comes with these little accessories, which is nice. I just find that I need more of them and would appreciate if you could buy more of these separately on their store. Not really a big deal, just would be nice. An accessory for office papers and VR headset hanging (bigger than the one included) to purchase separately would make this all around perfect for me. 3: The fact that you can clip these onto the desk is great, so you can install it without drilling holes. However, I would like the option to drill it into my desk. Personally I am never going to remove it and it would make the feet a little cleaner under the desk. But again, not really a big deal. The clamp feet already hold on nicely without issue for me. 4: I wish there was some kind of built in cable management on the back so I didn't have to use adhesives to create zip tie points. Eventually I will have cables going all the way up, down, and to the center. Overall: Excellent product and quality. A month in and I still love it. Eureka has great customer service as well. I have no problem recommending them to others if they keep doing what their doing. This product really does not have a whole lot of competition and Eureka did an excellent job with theirs. NOTE: If you want to do this note that you will need the 59" version of this product and... 1 extra of parts "P9", "P10", and x4 extra of screw "B" (which is M8x15mm in size) to secure the monitor mount. If you want to do 2 monitors horizontally and one vertically, you may also need one extra of "P2" so that you can raise the mounting point of the vertical one without also raising the horizontal ones. Also know that x3 27in monitors will DEFINITELY hang off the edges by about 10in on each side. Plan accordingly. You can mitigate this by doing a vertical one and 2 horizontal ones as stated earlier, but you will still have 1 hanging off the side. Or you can do a different monitor size / orientation. These instructions are much easier to understand once you have the pieces and the manual in front of you. Read more
