I've had my share of frustrations with robot vacuums. My previous cleaners struggled with three major issues: they had poor suction on carpets, constantly faced hair tangling nightmares, and dealt with inconsistent charging. I am thrilled to report that this Eureka model, my third attempt, has resolved every one of those critical problems. The suction power is genuinely impressive and doesn't struggle with carpet transitions. The overall user experience is seamless. Setting it up was dead easy thanks to the straightforward manual. The mobile app connected quickly to the Wi-Fi, allowing me to operate it from anywhere, and the mapping function is superb—it navigates and cleans with excellent efficiency. Best of all, it has great obstacle avoidance and rarely gets stuck, saving me the chore of constantly rescuing it. The biggest bonus, however, is the self-emptying station. Getting this feature for the sale price felt like a steal! It's a massive savior that has drastically reduced my weekly chores. My house is consistently clean, giving me back valuable time. Vacuum works great. The noise is moderate. If you are watching tv it will bother you. If you run it in the evening or at a convenient time that is easy to overcome. The reason for 4 stars is a few things. 1) This didn't come with any mop solution. I ordered some after purchase. Then I found out the mop doesn't work. Amazon did give me a partial refund so I could buy another one. I purchased this on sale. Still disapointing. But even running just the vacuum this thing does a pretty good job and so it's still worth 4 stars. It can get into spaces and under things that are normally hard to get to. We have all tile flooring and no area rugs. Can't comment on how it would do on rugs or carpet. The app is easy to figure out. You can start it easily as you are going out the door and come home to cleaner floors. A few things to consider: you must pick up any foreign objects. This thing has gotten stuck on small kids toys, lamp cords, and on rubber kitchen mats. If you go around and make sure you have everything out of its way, itll run smoothly and do a great job. We have a small dog and no issues this picking up dog hair or small kibble. If it does get stuck, the app will send you a notification. I definitely researched a lot before buying this and like how everything on this is easy to clean. No bags to buy for it. The roller brush can be easily removed, cleaned with water and replaced. I only wish the mop function would have worked. Price on this is great compared with other models. Don't bother with the cheap brands you never heard of. Been there, done that. Not worth it. I’m very happy with this Eureka robot vacuum. It has strong suction and picks up dust, pet hair, and small debris really well on both hardwood floors and low-pile carpets. The self-emptying base is a huge plus and saves me a lot of time since I don’t need to empty the dustbin every day. Navigation is smart and efficient, and it doesn’t randomly bump around like some cheaper models. It runs quietly and can clean while I’m at home or away without being disruptive. Setup was easy, and the app works smoothly for scheduling and control. Overall, this robot vacuum has made daily cleaning much easier.
